PRIMAL POSTNATAL

Boost your physical fitness and emotional wellbeing. Be the best mum you can be.

Get out of the house, get moving again and get fit in a supportive environment, where babies are welcome too! 

Primal Postnatal classes are designed to help you shift the baby weight, increase your strength and fitness, boost your energy and start feeling like YOU again.

 

The sessions are suitable for all levels of ability and fitness - we simply ask that you've been cleared by your doctor for exercise - and babies up to 12 months (or until they're crawling) are welcome too, so no need to hire a sitter!

 

Your Coach will take you through a range of exercises including warm ups, strength/resistance work, core work and cardio. All exercises are demonstrated with regressions, for those who want to take it easy, and progressions, for those who want to push themselves a bit harder. Many of the exercises can even be adapted to include baby as well, if you prefer to keep your little one with you.

At Primal Postnatal You Will Get...

Two FREE Intro Classes

Primal is not your average gym but you need to experience it for yourself to understand why. That's why we offer TWO free classes to all new mums so you can get a feel for what we do and get to know the coaches before signing up.

Training Sessions

We have a selection of four postnatal classes on each week at Primal Gym, led by an expert coach. These sessions are shared by up to 6 mums, and babies up to the age of 12 months (or until they're crawling around) are welcome too!

Home Workouts

For those days when you just can't make it out of the house! You will have access to a series of workout videos that can be done at home with little to no equipment so you don't have to miss out even if baby's kept you up all night.

Support

You'll also get access to the Primal Postnatal Facebook page where you can get to know your fellow mums and support each other. If you want, you can also book in for a monthly catch up with a coach to ensure you're making progress.

Pricing

Drop In: £8 per session

Simply book in whenever you like using the online timetable or Primal Gym app and pay at reception when you arrive.

Block of Sessions: £35 for 5 or £60 for 10

Access to 5 or 10 postnatal sessions, taken whenever you like, in your own time. Book into the sessions you want online or via the Primal Gym app.

Primal Standard Membership: £85 per month

Access to any 15 Primal Classes or Clubs per month, including all the Postnatal sessions. Click here for more info on Primal's Standard Membership.
