Bringing a little one into the world is amazing, but also pushes both your body and your mind to their limits! Primal's Postnatal classes are designed to help you increase your strength and fitness, boost your energy and wellbeing, shift the baby weight and start feeling like yourself again.

 

The sessions are suitable for all levels of ability and fitness - we simply ask that you've been cleared by your doctor for exercise. Your Coach will take you through a range of exercises including warm ups, strength, core and cardio, all demonstrated with regressions, for those who are just starting out, and progressions, for those who want to push themselves. Many of the exercises can even be adapted to include baby!

Please note: While Primal Gym is temporarily closed, due to Covid-19, all our Postnatal Classes are being conducted online. All you need is an internet connection, a computer, smart phone or tablet and a Zoom account (which is free to set up). 

 

When the gym re-opens, the sessions will be run in the gym again and you are welcome to bring your baby with you (up to around 12 months or until they're crawling).

At Primal Postnatal You Will Get...

FREE Intro Class

Primal is not your average gym but you need to experience it for yourself to understand why. That's why we offer a free taster class to all new mums so you can get a feel for what we do and meet the coaches before signing up.

Training Sessions

We run several postnatal classes each week at Primal Gym, led by an expert coach. These sessions are shared by up to 6 mums, and babies up to the age of 12 months (or until they're crawling around) are welcome too!

Home Workouts

For those days when you just can't make it out of the house! You will have access to a series of workout videos that can be done at home with little to no equipment so you don't have to miss out even if baby's kept you up all night.

Support

You'll also get access to the Primal Postnatal Facebook page where you can get to know your fellow mums and support each other. If you want, you can also book in for a monthly catch up with a coach to ensure you're making progress.
