Keeping our members active, healthy and happy during lockdown. Here's a taster of Primal's Online Classes:

Here's How It Works...
Primal's Coaches run 3-4 live classes a day (check out the timetable here) including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings during the week and a couple on Saturdays as well.
The classes include:
Strength & Conditioning: Bodyweight - a full body workout that doesn’t require any equipment
Strength & Conditioning: Resistance - a full body workout that requires some kind of weight. You could use dumbbells, kettlebells or just something heavy and liftable such as bottles of water or a weighted rucksack.
Movement & Mobility - a more gentle stretching and flexibility session that doesn’t require any equipment. More suitable for complete beginners, those who are struggling with aches and pains or just need a good stretch between classes.
Primal members get unlimited access to all of these classes. Non-members can buy a one day pass for £7, a three day pass for £15 or a 7 day pass for £25 and may attend as many classes as they like in that time period (up to three per day).
We stream our online classes via Zoom so you will need to have access to a computer, tablet or smart phone and be able to download the Zoom app. We will email you before the start of each class you've booked, with a link to join the Zoom meeting.
We encourage you to share your camera during the classes, so our Coaches can offer you advice and encouragement to keep you motivated and help you to avoid injury, but this is entirely optional.
If you have any injuries, aches or pains, we ask you to email us on so we can advise you on which exercises to avoid and alternatives you can do instead.
Once you've purchased your day passes, we'll help you book your first few classes, then you can book the rest via our online timetable or the Primal Gym app, which is available on iTunes or Google Play.
