Playing for Adel Hockey

"After numerous stints of back pain I was seriously considering giving up playing hockey, until I discovered Primal's athletic performance small group training. 

Mat has not only cured my back issues, but made me stronger, faster and more mobile. He really spent the time studying hockey and designing a specialised programme, focusing on key physicalities, such as agility, speed and strength, to improve my game. 

 

The most valuable parts of being an SGPT member at Primal are the amazing family dynamic that's always competitive, the monthly programmes that keep training fresh, and, more specifically for me, a proper stretching and conditioning regime, preventing future injuries. 

I would highly recommend Primal performance SGPT to any athlete wanting to improve their performance, who's sick of mundane gym classes - we always make it fun!

Due to Mat's hard work and perseverance, I have not only been able to continue playing, but I have progressed into my club's first team, playing in the North of England Division - something that never seemed possible a year ago.
