T&Cs: Offer applies to new members only. To get your January membership free you must complete a Strategy Session, sign up for either Unlimited or Standard membership (peak, off peak or joint) then attend six coached sessions (Primal classes or clubs) by December 31st. You must check in at reception each time you attend a session. Solo training sessions do not count towards your total.

What to expect at your strategy session...

Goal Setting

We want to hear your story, find out what you want to achieve and figure out what may have prevented you from achieving or maintaining your goals before. Everyone's story is different so it's important to find out what makes you tick.

Body Metrics Scan

Jump on our state-of-the-art inBody machine to find out your body fat percentage, fat mass, muscle mass, mineral and hydration levels etc. We'll talk you through your results so you know your starting point and how to make improvements.

Movement Screening

Our Functional Movement Screening is a series of simple exercises that help us to identify any instabilities or weakness in your movement. If we find any issues, we can show you some corrective exercises to help you improve your training.

Expert Recommendation

At the end of your strategy session we'll recommend the best course of action to help get you achieve your goals, fast. We'll never try to sell you anything you don't need. Your progress is our priority, so we will only recommend the plan that will work best for you.
