"To say Primal has changed my life would be a complete understatement! I initially signed up for SGPT to get in shape to go travelling, I wanted to get that bikini body before 18 months around the world.
"I had previously been a member of a cheap (but not cheerful) gym in Leeds city centre but it really wasn’t working for me. I would attend one weights class a week (probably every other week actually), with no idea whether my form was correct or not due to the class size and impersonal nature of the instructor. "The coaches are super supportive across every aspect of your life and wellbeing – particularly Ollie who has provided countless suggestions to improve my skin before we finally cracked it. They never make you feel bad for blips in the road, truly only wanting to help you be the best version of yourself. They all have a great sense of humour too - I didn’t think it was possible to laugh in the gym before, but they make your training sessions fly by.
"I never struggled for motivation, getting a new programme every 4 weeks keeps things exciting and these are tailored to you and your goals with any feedback you have built in to the next programme.
"SGPT really is worth every penny - the knowledge and motivation I have gained to plan and prep my meals has actually meant I have saved money each month due to not splurging on meal deals everyday at lunchtime, shopping sensibly for the week ahead instead. Furthermore, I was able to put myself on a clothing ban because as my body changed I was able to dig out old clothes that hadn’t seen the light of day for years.
"You have to see it as an investment in yourself - you are worth it and the service you receive is absolutely worth its weight in gold! I feel really lucky to have discovered Primal and SGPT so now sing from the rooftops how amazing it is!
