At Primal, the health & safety of our members, staff and their loved ones is our top priority. That's why we're committed to taking every step necessary to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
THE STEPS WE'RE TAKING TO PROTECT YOU
All equipment is thoroughly sanitised before & after sessions and there are sanitisation stations around the gym for members to use. We even clean the pens so you're protected from the minute you sign up!
To ensure adequate social distancing is possible at all times, our class timetable is currently online. For those training at the gym, we've created some kickstarter programmes which can be accessed via the app.
Numerous signs around the gym remind our members, staff and visitors to adhere to all Covid-19 health and safety guidelines, including regular hand washing and maintaining social distancing.
THE PRIMAL LOCKDOWN PROMISE
We understand that many people are hesitant about committing to a gym membership right now, under such uncertain and rapidly changing circumstances.
That's why we're committed to making things as simple things as possible for all our members should we enter another lockdown.
If the gym is forced to close again, you have two options:
1. Continue paying your membership and get access to our full timetable of online classes, so you can maintain your health and fitness routine, even if you can't leave home.
2. Contact us to suspend your membership for the duration of the lockdown and don't pay a penny until our doors are open again and you can return to training in person.
Personal training clients who continue to pay their membership throughout lockdown, will receive those missed months back once the gym re-opens, at no additional charge.
